The DBE Balmoral Castle chapter was founded in February 2023. We have members located in Hunterdon, Mercer, and Somerset counties.

We hold our monthly meetings at the Harlingen Dutch Reformed Church, in Belle Mead, on the third Wednesday of every month from 6-8 pm, unless otherwise scheduled and announced on our Facebook page. We typically have a light potluck of sweets and savories for refreshment. We have members from all over our area and enjoy getting together.

For social events and activities. In addition to our monthly meetings, we have taken part in Paint and Sip parties, teas, movies, and shopping excursions, as well as dinners celebrating special occasions and pop-up brunch plans at a local diner with available chapter members.

 On the state level, we have held a vendor event with a chapter bake sale, Christmas ornaments sale and paint and a Paint and Sip fundraiser at Raymour and Flanigan located in Bridgewater. Our fundraisers have supported the Sound Start Babies program, and the DBE-selected nursing facilities. We have also donated to the Marine Corps’ Toys for Tots program, Somerset County, Safe and Sound program, Somerset County food bank and Somerset County regional animal shelter.

We are a fun and lovely group of ladies. We put the fun into fundraising!
